Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to websites and online services operated by Walks Cloud Inc. ("WalksCloud"), including walks.cloud and service domains controlled by WalksCloud.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. WalksCloud may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Definitions

  • Account: a unique account created for access to parts of the Service.
  • Company / WalksCloud: Walks Cloud Inc.
  • Service: websites, systems, and related online functions provided by WalksCloud.
  • You: the individual or legal entity using the Service.

Account and Security

If parts of the Service require an Account, you are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account. You must promptly notify WalksCloud of unauthorized account use or security incidents.

Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

WalksCloud may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time for operational, legal, or security reasons. WalksCloud may also suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalksCloud disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalksCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WalksCloud and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Handling

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where WalksCloud provides the Service. Before formal legal action, both parties should attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
