These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where WalksCloud provides the Service. Before formal legal action, both parties should attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
